Elvis’ Christmas Album

Elvis’ Christmas Album

Released: Nov. 1, 1970

Elvis’ budget-album career took on a whole new dimension with an abridged re-release of the original 1957 Christmas album, plus “Mama Liked The Roses.” Although it never charted, it was a triumph of minimalist repackaging, taking its place eventually as the highest-selling domestic album of Elvis’ career, with nine-million certified sales to date.
